How it works

Three steps to pay

Same flow whether it's your first month or your fiftieth.

1

Message accounts on WhatsApp

Send your account name or phone number to +211 921 443 009. Accounts will reply with your current balance and your preferred payment options.

2

Pay using your chosen method

Cash at the Tomping office, bank transfer with the details sent to you, or click a secure Visa/MasterCard payment link. Receipts arrive on WhatsApp.

3

Send proof & we verify

For bank or card payments, send a screenshot to accounts. Verification is usually within a few hours during working time. Your service is restored or extended once verified.

Protect yourself from payment scams

DishNet will never do any of the following. If anyone claiming to be from DishNet does, stop and call our office on +211 923 400 000.

  • Ask you to send mobile money to a personal phone number
  • Ask you for your bank password, full card details, or one-time codes (OTPs)
  • Send bank details from a number other than +211 921 443 009
  • Pressure you to pay immediately to "avoid disconnection" β€” real reminders give you days, not minutes
  • Ask you to install remote-access software on your phone or computer

Payment questions

The quick answers most customers ask.

Bank account numbers belong on a verified channel, not a public web page. Pages can be cached, scraped, and impersonated. Accounts sends them to you on WhatsApp after we confirm who you are β€” that's safer for both sides.
Usually within a few hours during working time (Mon–Sat, 9 AM – 6 PM). Outside those hours, the next morning. If it's urgent, message accounts and they'll prioritize.
Open the DishNet App first β€” it shows your invoice status instantly. Pay the open invoice using any method above, send proof to accounts, and service is restored once verified.
Yes. Advance payments are credited to your account and applied to future invoices automatically. Ask accounts about multi-month discounts on some plans.
Mobile money is handled case-by-case by accounts depending on the operator. Message them with your details and they'll confirm what works. Never send mobile money to a personal number claiming to be DishNet β€” only accounts can confirm legitimate channels.
Our team confirms every payment manually before marking it cleared β€” that's how we catch fraud and matching errors. "Pending" is normal until accounts has matched your payment to your invoice. It does not mean your service will be cut off in the meantime.
