How to manage multiple sites

Got more than one Starlink? The app shows them all in one place. Each site has its own usage, dish status, Wi-Fi controls, and speed test — you don't need separate accounts.

Multi-site customers see a different home screen

If your account has 2 or more Starlinks, the home screen shows a summary across all sites instead of one. You'll see total GB used, count of active sites, and a quick list of your top sites by usage.

Tap View all sites → at the bottom of the card to open the full sites list.

Want to add another site to your account? Just buy another Starlink kit from us. Our team will link it to the same account so it shows up here automatically — no need for a second login.

Sites are split into Active and Inactive

The Sites screen shows two sections:

Active — sites with a paid subscription where data is flowing. These have a green WiFi icon.
Inactive — sites that are paused, suspended, or terminated. They show greyed out with an "Inactive" pill.

Each row shows the site name (e.g. Cinema Café), the KIT number, and how much data it's used this cycle. The WiFi tag means we can manage that router's Wi-Fi from the app.

Naming your sites: the names you see (Cinema Café, Office, Lodge) come from how our team registered them. If you'd like a name changed, message us on WhatsApp and we'll rename it on our end — you'll see the new name on next login.

Tap any site to see its detail page

Tapping a site opens its detail page. From here you can:

• See data usage just for that site
• Check the dish's online status (with refresh)
• Run a speed test for that connection
• Change the Wi-Fi password on that router
• See the KIT number, plan, and other site info

Each site is independent. Changing the Wi-Fi password at one site doesn't affect the others. Granting hotspot time at one site doesn't grant it elsewhere.

Quick tip for businesses with many sites: bookmark the Sites tab as your starting point. From there you can jump straight to whichever location needs attention without going through the home screen first.
