Don't need the Hotspot dashboard anymore? Turning it off is one tap. Your Wi-Fi keeps working exactly as before — the dashboard just disappears from your app.
Open the Hotspot dashboard for the site you want to disable.
Scroll to the Manage section. Tap the bottom-right tile: Disable hotspot — Turn off the dashboard.
The app asks "Turn off hotspot mode?" with this important note:
"This hides the hotspot dashboard. Your Wi-Fi network and password stay the same — nothing on the router changes."
That's the key thing to know. Turning off Hotspot Mode does not:
• Change your Wi-Fi password
• Disconnect any device
• Turn off your internet
• Affect any granted timers
It just removes the dashboard from your app view. Tap Turn off hotspot mode to confirm.
This hides the hotspot dashboard. Your Wi-Fi network and password stay the same — nothing on the router changes. You can turn hotspot mode back on any time from Site Detail.
After disabling, the app takes you back to the Site Detail page for that site.
The Hotspot Mode card now shows Off, with an Enable button. Anyone using your Wi-Fi continues using it — nothing changes for them.
If you want to turn Hotspot Mode back on later, just tap Enable from this same card. You'll go through the password rotation flow again, and your dashboard returns.
