Got a personal account and a business account on the same phone number? The app keeps both. Switch in two taps — the home screen, invoices, and sites all update to the active account.
If you have 2 or more accounts linked to your phone number, you'll see a small pill below your name on the home screen. It shows the currently active account and says · X accounts · switch ›.
Tap the pill to jump straight to the Account screen. Or tap the Account tab at the bottom right.
The Account screen shows a section called My Accounts with all your linked accounts.
Each row shows:
• The account name (e.g. Daniel Akol for personal, Akol Trading Co. for business)
• The plan (Residential Unlimited, Business Plus, etc.)
• The account ID (#4287, #5612)
• The status (active, suspended, etc.)
• A red tick ✓ on whichever is currently active
Tap the row of the account you want to switch to.
Tap the new account and the app instantly switches. Every screen now shows that account's data:
• Home — the new account's plan and usage
• Sites — only sites belonging to this account
• Invoices — only invoices for this account
• Hotspot Mode — only routers on this account
The pill on the home screen now shows the new account name. Tap it again any time to switch back.
