Need to share an invoice with your accountant, your spouse, or someone who pays your bills? The app generates the PDF, opens WhatsApp, and lets you pick who to send it to.
Tap the Invoices tab at the bottom. Pick the invoice you want to send — outstanding ones are at the top, paid ones below.
This works for any invoice: unpaid, paid, current, or from months ago. The PDF reflects the invoice's current state including any payments already made.
The invoice detail page shows the amount, status, and an Invoice document section with two buttons:
• View PDF — opens the PDF on your screen so you can read it
• Send to WhatsApp (red button with WhatsApp icon) — what we want here
Tap Send to WhatsApp. The app generates a fresh PDF, then opens WhatsApp's share sheet.
WhatsApp opens with the PDF attached and your contact list ready to pick from. Tap the contact you want to send the invoice to — your accountant, your spouse, anyone.
You can add a message at the bottom too (e.g. "Hi John, here's the April DishNet invoice for the books"). Or just hit send if no message is needed.
The contact gets the PDF in their WhatsApp chat, ready to view, save, or forward further.
