See every invoice we've sent you, view the PDF, get our bank details, and notify our accounts team when you've paid — all from the app.
From any screen, look at the five tabs at the bottom of the app. The third one is Invoices. Tap it.
If you have an unpaid invoice, the home screen will also show a yellow banner you can tap.
The list is split into two sections:
Unpaid — at the top, in colour. Each row shows the invoice number, what it's for, the due date, and the amount.
Paid — below, in grey, with a green tick.
Tap the unpaid invoice you want to pay.
The invoice detail page shows the amount due, the line items, and our bank transfer details:
Account: DishNet Africa Ltd
Bank: Stanbic Bank or Equity Bank
Reference: the invoice number (very important — helps us match your payment)
Pay the exact amount through your bank app, then come back to the DishNet app and tap I've paid this invoice.
Tapping I've paid this invoice opens WhatsApp with a message pre-filled to our accounts team. The message includes the invoice number and amount.
Tap send. That's it.
Our accounts team will confirm the payment in your bank statement within 24 hours and update the invoice in the app from UNPAID to PAID. You'll see the change next time you open the Invoices tab.
